How to Wear Tulle Skirt

Hi everyone,

Have you ever seen a super pretty tulle skirt and fell completely in love with it but realizing that you have no occasion to wear it? Well, today I am gonna show you three different ways to wear your princess tulle skirt without looking like a ballerina.

First off, tulle skirt is very glamourous on its own and it will instantly dress up any outfit. However, this piece can be daunting to many people as it can make you end up looking too over dressed and out of place. So the key is to incorporate this piece seamlessly.

1. Viva La Glam
For my first look, I am wearing a similar toned tank top and blush color bag and shoes. The flowy-ness of the top seamlessly blends into my big tulle skirt, making it look like a one piece dress. The top also balances out the puffiness of the skirt, creating a more effortless chic look.

I opted for blush nude heels which matches my bag to not only ties in the whole look, but also elongates my leg, making me look extra taller.

Styling Tip: wear nude heels to make you look taller

This outfit is great for a date, luxurious high tea and even for a wedding.

2. 90's Grunge is back
I always find that denim would make everything look more casual. This look is no exception. My denim button up totally transform the tulle skirt from being extra glam to casual chic.

Even when wearing the same bag and shoes as before, the outfit looks so casual. Perfect for running errand or wearing around a resort. I added a belt to eccentuate my waist line :)

Styling Tip: Wear a belt when working with bulky pieces to avoid getting swallowed

Or you can also add a beanie to make your look extra cool. This outfit reminds me of the 90's grungy trend that is so hot right now.

3. Parisian Chic

Adding a stripe top to your feminime tulle skirt will instantly transform you to Paris :D This is totally classic and beautiful. Adding accessory such as this beanie and wearing red lip will totally complete your beautiful Parisian transformartion.
I think it is amazing how a small detail and a BIG imagination will take you.
So remember, fashion is all about expressing youself, having fun and wear what makes you feel good and inspired. I hope this post has inspired you to play around with your wardrobe yet again.

Stay Chic,

Esther

How to Style Little White Dress

Today's post is all about the classic basic: The Little White Dress!

Little White Dress is an essential that every girl needs in their wardrobe. It is timeless, versatile and serve as a base in creating many different outfits for many different occasion.
Today, I'll show you how I can style this basic piece for 5 different looks:

1. The Casual Chic
The little white dress that I wear here is stunning on its own and you can totally wear it as is. But, if you want to dress it down, the easiest way to do it is to just pair it with earth tone accessories.

Here, i paired it with brown bag and brown gladiator shoes to really dress down the look. With this outfit, Im totally ready to rock my weekend with my friends.

This second look is exacly the same as before but I added a grey vest and brown bag. The vest instantly turns my little white dress from casual to casual cool.

2. The Classy Lady
On the contrary, pair your little white dress with black accesorries to instantly dress up your outfit.
Here, I added a black belt to give my body more shape. The black bag and a statement necklace instantly make the outfit looks more formal.

My number 1 tip to add instant glamour to your look is to wear red lipstick. It is classic and will never go out of style.

Or you can also have fun with the bears like I do :D

3. The Creative Professional
This outfit is perfect for all of you ladies who work in a more creative environment.

This floral blazer gives it a professional vibe but fun and creative at the same time. This is a perfect outfit to wear to a creative business meeting as it is formal enough to show that you are ready to talk business yet bold enough which shows that you are someone who is not afraid of taking risks.
And I can't get over how adorable are these bags and shoes 😘

4. The Masculine Flair
Adding a button up shirt over your little white dress will take your casual outfit to yet another level.
If you don't have a button up top, just raid your boyfriend's, brother's or dad's wardrobe. I am sure that they will have some button up top there. I personally think that a women who can pull off a men's outfit is ultra sexy.
and when styling with more masculine piece, I like to wear a thick belt around my waist so I don't get swallowed in all of the volume.

5. The Boho Chic
And I save the best for last! This is my most favorite look since boho chic is totally my personal style. Here, I added a flowly hi-low skirt on top of my little white dress.
When styling a boho look, accessorizing is key. Here I added my shells necklace and stack on many bold bracelets.
This outfit is ultra feminine and fun. I would totally rock this outfit to a brunch, picnic and many more fun weekend activities.

The little white dress features is from The Tinsel Rack.

So, I hope this post has inspired you to strech your wardrobe as always :) Have fun and good luck!
